Ellie Beeson, Voice

B.A. Vocal Music Education, Concordia College

Ellie Beeson is the vocal music director at Lewis and Clark Middle School in Bellevue where she leads several grade level choruses, an honors mixed chorus, and a competitive show choir. She received her B.A. in Vocal Music Education at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. While there, she toured and recorded as an alto with the Concordia Concert Choir. Ellie is currently working toward a masters degree in music education at UNL.

When she’s not working with young singers around the Omaha area, Ellie regularly performs with Resonance and is currently serving as the ensemble’s librarian. Performing with a group like Resonance offers experience with a great deal of variety in repertoire, style, and venue – from a cappella choral to contemporary musical theater. Continuing to broaden variety, technique, and skill in a healthy way is a passion for Ellie, and she loves to share this variety with her students every day.
