Kelsey got her start in show choir as a student at Westside High School where she was an active participant in their Amazing Technicolor Show Choir, (ATSC). She was dance captain for 2 years and awarded Outstanding Female Performer and All American Dancer at national competitions. During her time in ATSC Kelsey developed choreography for audition pieces and modified choreography for the ATSC show. Kelsey went on to attend Northwest Missouri State University on a vocal music scholarship. From there her life took a different turn as she was drawn to a career in medicine. Kelsey graduated Cum Laude from Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is currently a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse for Nebraska Medicine – while continuing to teach privately and choreograph! Kelsey keeps a close relationship with the show choir community to keep abreast of all the up and coming show choir audition information. She is very proud to be a member of the SNJ family, and would love to help in any of your dancing or show choir audition needs!
