Congrats to all participants for their incredible Summer Camp performances!  Check back in early 2011 for details of next summer's camps!

Musical Theater Summer Camps 2010

Grades 1-9 (2010-11)

Performer's Edge offers Musical Theater

Summer Camps for elementary through high school students each June.  These camps are designed to give students an opportunity to focus their studies and skills toward a mini-musical performance that they will showcase for family and friends at the end of the week!  Four age groups are offered, and camps are open to all students regardless of previous experience or ability.  The only thing required is a desire to work hard...and have fun!!

PE Junior Camp

"A Barnyard Moosical"

June 7 - 11, 2010

2010-11 Grades 1 - 2

Join our talented and unusual farm with a chorus line of hoofing cows, neatnik pigs and funky dancing chickens!

10 AM - Noon Daily

Performance at Noon on July 11

Cost:  $110

Middle School Camp

"Making the Cut - A Show Choir Drama"

June 14 - 18

2010-11 Grades 6 - 9

Anticipation runs high as auditions approach for Vocal Velocity, the school’s top show choir.  Kids scramble to get solos ready, and wonder how crazy that audition choreography will be.  Who will make the cut?

Have a great time playing a part in this drama about show choir, and learn plenty of “real” show choir along the way.  (And don’t worry, EVERYONE gets to wear sequins for the final show at this camp!).  It’s show choir time at Performer’s Edge this summer!

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Daily

Performance 7:30 PM June 18

COST:  $225

Elementary School Camp

"The Big Bad Musical!"

June 21 - 25

2010-11 Grades 3 - 5

The jury must decide the biggest trial ever in the fairy-tale world!  The notorious Big Bad Wolf is being slapped with a class-action lawsuit by storybooks of quirky characters who want to get even: Little Red Riding Hood, her Grandmother, the Three Little Pigs and the Shepherd in charge of the Boy Who Cried Wolf.  The two greatest legal minds in the Enchanted Forest—the Evil Stepmother and the Fairy Godmother—clash in a trial that will be remembered forever after.

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Daily

Performance 7:30 PM June 25

COST:  $225
