Private Lessons

We offer our students one-on-one instruction through private lessons in Piano, Voice and Guitar. Our teachers are university trained, professional musicians who must meet strict requirements concerning college credits and teaching experience. Many of our teachers have advanced degrees in music education and performance. All are completely committed to our students' musical growth!

We also have two Artists In Residence currently at the studio and we offer private lessons, master classes and workshops with them as well! 

Private lessons are offered year-round on a quarter system (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall) with the option of payment quarterly or monthly. New students are accepted at any time and are scheduled according to the individual teacher's availability.

We offer our students performance opportunities through semi-annual recitals as well as master classes and workshops offered throughout the year.

Private Lesson Tuition:

Registration Fee

A $15.00 registration fee is required for each student upon enrollment. If the same student is enrolled  in more than one instrument only one fee will be charged. Once accepted by SNJ Studio of Music, students will remain enrolled and all fees and tuition will be due until written notice of cancellation is received. If a student drops out then re-enrolls, the registration fee will be charged again.

Tutition

There are two tuition plans to choose from, Quarterly or Monthly.

Quarterly    There are 12 private lessons scheduled each quarter for a single payment of:

                          Voice $270,  Guitar/Piano $240.

                  Payment is due on the 20th of the month prior to the start of a new quarter.

Monthly      There are 12 private lessons scheduled each quarter for three equal monthly payments of:

                          Voice $95,   Guitar/Piano $85.

                  Payment is due on the 20th of the month for the following month.  

Artists in Residence

We accept payment in the form of personal check, cash, money order, cashier's check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
