Sara Warner, soprano, holds degrees in voice performance from the University of Minnesota (M.M., 2017) and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (B.M., 2013). A recent re-transplant back to Omaha from the Twin Cities, she is thrilled to be teaching again at SNJ.
As a voice teacher, Sara’s experience ranges from elementary students through college-age. While she is a classically trained soprano, Sara enjoys teaching a variety of musical styles. While pursuing her master’s degree at the University of Minnesota, Sara completed extensive academic research on the training of the musical theater performer.

Her stage credits include Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi), Liza Elliot (Lady in the Dark), Cinderella (Into the Woods), Antonia (Les contes d’Hoffmann), and Pamina (Die Zauberflote). Additionally, Sara has been featured as the soprano soloist in the Midwest premiere of John Taverner’s Requiem Fragments, and as a soloist in J.S. Bach’s St. Matthew Passion, with performances in both the Twin Cities and Germany.
Sara lives in Omaha with her soon-to-be husband, Tyler.
