Adam Lesher

Adam is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he received a Bachelor's in Music Education. He studied under Dr. Donna Harler-Smith, Dr. Briana Smith, and is currently studying under Dr. Suna Gunther. During his time at UNL he had the opportunities to lead and perform in a variety of different ensembles, getting experience in various styles of vocal music. These ensembles included performing in the UNL Opera, student-directing Big Red Singers, directing the student-led a cappella group, Pitch Please, and singing as a part of various curricular choral ensembles.
In the final semester of his undergraduate program, Adam was a student-teacher at Westside High School where he learned about leading a choral music classroom from Doran Johnson. Adam is now an Associate Director at South High School in Omaha Public Schools. He teaches students about vocal technique in a variety of different styles ranging from musical theatre to choral music.
