Alexandria Plumb

Alexandria Plumb is a soprano living, performing, and teaching in Omaha. She has degrees from University of Nebraska Omaha (M.M., vocal performance) and Wartburg College (B.M., vocal performance). Alexandria has had the privilege to study with Rosemary Gast, Dr. Jennifer Larson, and Shelby Van Nordstrand, and has had private coachings and masterclasses with Simon Estes, Margo Garret, and Deanna Breiwick. Alexandria is an operatic soprano, but enjoys teaching and singing many styles including musical theater, pop, and folk.


Alexandria currently performs with the Opera Omaha Chorus, as well as regularly participating in local competitions. She won her division at Nebraska NATS 2018, and the Heartland Concerto Aria Competition in 2019. Some of Alexandria’s operatic roles include Dido (Dido and Aeneas) and Erste Dame (Die Zauberflöte).


Outside of teaching, Alexandria enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, crafting, and hanging out with her dog, Mumford.
