Jill Galvin

Mezzo Soprano Jill Galvin is thrilled to be joining the roster of teaching artists at SNJ Studio of Music. An avid lover of the arts, Jill has grown up with music since before she can remember. 

During her four years at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Jill was involved in choirs and the operas, and studied both voice and piano. Though firmly rooted in classical technique, Jill has a deep understanding and appreciation for musical theatre and contemporary styles. 

Jill has been an instructor of voice and piano for 2 1/2 years. Her students have shown marked improvement due to her tutelage and guidance, and they enjoy their time on their shared work. Jill implements a unique teaching process that improves technical skill, artistic expression, and self confidence by meeting students where they're at and working with them to meet their full potential.
