Tim Howard is a lifelong musician, educator, and performer with over 45 years of experience playing guitar and singing. A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Music Education, Tim has built a career that blends performance, teaching, and leadership in music.
He has performed across 28 U.S. states and internationally in Russia, Spain, and Canada, sharing the stage with a variety of bands throughout his career. In addition to his extensive performance background, Tim served as a high school choral director for nine years, earning the Nebraska Choral Directors Association’s Outstanding Young Director award in 1999.
Equally passionate about guitar and voice, Tim enjoys playing in many styles—including rock, jazz, folk, and classical—and currently performs as an acoustic solo artist in venues throughout the Omaha and Fremont areas. For the past 25 years, he has also served as Director of Music and Worship at Fremont Alliance Church, where he continues to inspire and lead through music.
As a teacher, Tim has spent more than 40 years guiding guitarists of all ages and skill levels. Many of his former students are now active musicians, performing and sharing their love of music in cities across the U.S.
